HB 183: Expungement of certain convictions

HB 183 has been offered, allowing for expungement of certain criminal convictions after ten years upon a showing of rehabilitation, and proof of prejudice based on the former conviction. Expungement would not be permissible for convictions of violent felonies, DUI-related offenses, domestic violence, or sex offenses.
