2/18 – Passed the Senate with amendments unanimously (Effect of Senate amendments: adds references to sexual battery in violation of § 18.2-67.4, aggravated sexual battery in violation of § 18.2-67.3 in certain sections of the bill; the bill applies to both felony and misdemeanor sexual batteries)
