As of March 25th, both the Speaker of the House and the President of the Senate have signed HB1121, Delegate Gilbert’s juvenile information sharing bill.
As of March 11, the House of Delegates adopted HB1121, Delegate Gilbert’s information sharing bill, by a vote of 98-0. Delegates Gear and Marshall did not vote.
As of March 10, HB1121, Delegate Gilbert’s juvenile information sharing bill, passed the Senate with substitute.
HB1121, Delegate Gilbert’s juvenile information sharing bill, has been reported from the Special Subcommittee of the Courts of Justice with a substitute.
